> Hello We have recently located our water toby gate valve under a bush beside the footpath and have identified that the shaft is bent ( most likely from when the house was new around 18 years ago). Can we have it fixed so that we can shut the water off to be able to get our own isolation valve replaced as it doesnt shut off either! if the bush needs to be cut or removed to complete the work we are happy with that to be done Thanks Mark
