> The residents at 47 Grants Road seem to think the berm is their own private parking space. This is at least the 3rd time recently that I've reported this misuse of rate payer land. I don't park my car on the berm and I don't see why whomever owns this vehicle should either. There is plenty of space on Grants Road.
