> Hi we have been walking down the motorway for a couple of years and this piece of irrigation pipe had been cut and never been fixed it had been like this for two years !! Why was it cut who looks after this area! Who looks after the "planting" as it is full of weeds occasionally it is sprayed for weeds but then they die and are never pulled out .
