> Evans's Pass road 100m downhill of Oceanview Tce. junction, overgrown bushes force cyclists further into path of vehicles whilst riding uphill. This is a very busy road particularly at weekends & in addition large trucks from Lyttelton Port are a constant now. The overgrown section is spread over about 100m.
