> Badly blocked council drain overflows when it rains causing significant erosion. I am concerned both that drain is blocked AND possibly damaged, signs of leaking following the last time council cleared the drain. The sump at the outflow of the blocked section at 16 Aotea Tce also seems badly blocked, have attempted to clear silt from it with a shovel but still doesn't flow, I've previously reported this as needing clearing months ago. Property damage is resulting from the overflow. Needs clearing and inspection for damage urgently.
