> i have recently separated and have had my house valued. I was advised the gum tree on CCC land has devalued the property as blocking the view. This tree has never been trimmed or maintained other than a odd check for safety unlike the trees privately owned which have been trimmed regularly therefore not blocking views. I would like this tree removed please. kind regards simone kinley
