> Open street gutters on Dudley St were cleared of tree debris this week which was great. However, gutter clearing never addresses the culverts under driveway access which remain full of tree debris. These blocked culverts along with substantial earthquake damage result in standing stormwater in the street for days, turning stagnant and foul smelling and posing a health hazard. Road and stormwater remediation required to address this issue.
