> there is a large dip in the pavement where the sewer from our driveway (117 -117a & 119 -119a, 6 properties in total) joins the CCC sewer. This poses a hazard to myself in a wheelchair and to my immediate neighbor at 117a, who is blind and has tripped and fallen as a result.
