> These city care workers started dumping bark using the dump truck at 0615 hrs this morning 23/1/21 and also last saturday making a considerable amount of noise, enough to wake us. We live at 48 Frank St. This work is being carried out on Frank and Gambia Sts. When spoken to re hours if work they were nit concerned at the earliness. I thought that “Work” such as this could not start until at least 7 am. Please advise Julia Crowther 0212436290
