> This open air bin needs to be replaced with a bin which has a lid, that makes it much harder for sea gulls to pull waste from. This type of bin was replaced with such a bin at the car park immediately south if new brighton library. The result has been much less rubbish being pulled from bins by birds and less rubbish blowing around the immediate area.
