> Hi Please inspect and replace faulty grates along Southern access ramp to Pier as they cause wheelchair users to fall out of their wheelchairs when travelling downhill with their small front wheels hitting the concave grate. As right-hand photo shows new flush grate has been fitted this is what all three need. Thankyou Nichloas Penrose
