> Ellis track, between 33 Flinders Rd and 47 Port Hills Rd, needs mowing again as it is a significant fire risk. Contractors (?) mowed bottom 10m a few days back and took away the security chain but have not returned to mow the majority of the council’s track property. I try to mow the top seating area when I can but cannot mow the whole property. Looked like it was on a list for last few months but appears to have fallen off again :( Thanks.
