> Someone has removed the barrier on Gosforth stopping traffic coming from Westmorland into Worsleys Road. This is a condition of the subdivision that this road is to be blocked until such time that the lights are installed at the bottom of Worsleys and Cashmere Road. There are no lights installed and yet the road has been unblocked. This must be a mistake.
