> poorly design road layout with reduced visibility made worse on bin collection day as designers never considered bin placement. this puts users at significant risk of being injured. best solution is to remove currwnt layout which removes the problem entirely. there has been no action to date to address this fundamental fault that continues to plague this layout everyday/week due to an inability by council to accept fact that this layout is not the best
