> Can this part of the Christchurch city council berm We are there has been planted bark, can this please be replaced with ready-made grass and turf? Because the bark always goes into that drains during high winds , where the council just had to do a recent unblocking of the two drains on each corner of Franco Road in Hendersons Road. It will become very costly to the council with blocking drains if this is not done.
