> The paths at the end of the alleyway from Constable Place to Westlake Park are absolutley swimmimg in wood mulch. My kids have fallen off their scooters numerous times because of it. The garden slopes downhill so it will continue to happen. Can we please put up some boxing on the fence side to open up the pathways please?
