> The sign says shoulder closed. This shoukder a cycle way in a high speed zone. Signage for roadworks only addresses cars. Heaps of people commute on this shoukder on there bikes. Bare min is a sign to drivers to take care of cyclists. Better option a planned diversion for cyclists via bridge and charlesworth path. Better still does shoukder need to b closed as work appears to b by canal.
