> Hi there : tree in picture it’s roots have lifted curb and road preventing gravity feed of water to catch drain basin - the frustration is every time it rains it’s flooded for 2-3 days sometimes all week - our elderly neighbours and I have no option but to broom it over the lifted curbing to get rid of it . Mosquito and sand flies are a major concern right now early February after heavy rain early today .
