> Construction Noise breach of consent RMA. 2018164A We were woken at 4.15 am heavy truck movements and site set up for a concrete pour, this a breach of the consents across the subdivision and is the earliest one so far beating the previous 4.25am. It is totally unreasonabe given the fact that CCC has already served excessive noise notices to contractors on the site.
