> wondering whyvthe bench was not replaced in the picturesque spot overlooking stream in the empty spot on 2nd photo. instead it has been placed at the enteance to Annex road facing a great view of ? green electrical substation 6ft in front of it. with a whole load of better choices in the immediate vicinity it would be laughable if I didnt pay such high rates for ridiculous decisions. unless you can tell me you are relacing the bench in its original position 150m further down?
