> I submitted this same report and location more than two months ago, but nothing has happened. All the same grafitti is still there with some new additions as well. The wall looks out over the reserve, but the wall itself is on the outside of “Anytime Fitness” on Riccarton Rd. Hope this helps. Its a bit of a high profile eye sore on a prominent location.
