> Treetech pruned (unnecessarily?) willow on Dudley Creek last week. Either tree weakened because if excessive thinning or wind. But branches broken off into creek. on crerek side of Banks Ave opposite no 83A ((vacant) no 85 (house). White painted timber barrierat damaged at both ends, where Dudley Creek flows under road into Avon River. Damaged by Earthquake or Treetech machine which was parked hard up against barrier. i hope this can be sorted. Thank you.
