# Parks, 7 Ballance Street, Waimairi Beach, Christchurch 8083, New Zealand

Waimairi Beach, Christchurch · filed 18 February 2021 · report 1447568

> This real estate sign, advertising an agent rather than a property, has been placed in Broad Park. I'm not sure if this is illegal, but it is definitely cheeky and I believe it should be removed
