> Couldn’t find a suitable incident option . We own 6 Saddleback Green and outside by our footpath, on the road side we have I think a storm water drain then we have dead grasses etc growing all around it . My mother rang and asked if the grasses could be changed as they are ruining the whole look of my street , but especially my house !! She was told that that would be fine then quoted a job number etc and I got a text to say job had been done , but had actually nothing happened . She rang back and someone said nothing could be done and citycare was in charge of maintain it so it was very confusing. Yesterday citycare came and a man was trimming the little amount of lawn I have there and I spoke to a lady also . I told her about the situation and how high they grow and I feel they’re an absolute hazard especially if someone was to light a cigarette near them , it worries me all the time ! She thought they were terrible also and said she would trim them down etc . Lots of young families walk past our house and I often see little kids slip into the grasses !! It’s been done so randomly , on one side ther is big stones and grass , then they stop and there is all this unsightly dead looking grasses which I have to cut because they get out of control . Why couldn’t there be stones put across the area like it was started at one end . It’s such a sight and my neighbour has carpet roses which are much more respectable than mine . Can’t see why it wasn’t done in unifirmbto match the others . Can someone please advise what can get done . As you can see by the photos , it’s all pretty random and unsightly . Looks better since citycare did work on it yesterday cause you can actually see the hat the ground dips down now but it looks half finished now .
