> there is a bollard anchor in the footpath and the bollard has been missing from this for some several weeks. I have almost ridden into this obstruction and I have seen others only just avoid it. this isn't an extremely dangerous position because people walk and ride along here not expecting this kind of immovable hazard to be there. I thought someone in the immediate vicinity would have called it in by now but they haven't so I have. the bollard needs to be reattached immediately.
