> This scruffy council bank on our doorstep in a special amenity area is an eyesore. Rather than simply weedwacking and spreading all the seeds around it needs replanting top & bottom but that is likely not on the schedule. The frequency of maintenance on this bank needs to be increased in spring & summer IMHO.
