> I'm Sunday my wife and I walked around the Eastern Northern Southern Western frames of the CBD. it became increasingly clear that there is no mechanism within the council to regularly inspect the footpath nor is there any regular cleaning of the remove the vomit, blood and other rubbish which accumulates in these paved spaces; some of which is a health hazard. the broken seat in one of the photographs is prime example of council neglect and the partially broken sheet provides an opportunity for someone to remove the slat from the seat and use it as a weapon. and overlaying all of this is a carpet of bird droppings which makes some seating space is unusable and has basically carpeted some areas of the paved space adjacent to the city centre.
