> This was taken at Shark park in monks Bay . The water was connected to a tap in the men’s bathroom and it has been happening every single night for past week and whilst the water restrictions were in place! My friend states that it is left on all night! This is disgraceful council behaviour whilst we on the hill endure water restrictions!!! We want answers to this wastage and appalling oversight
