> The new lawn outside our property is due to the new cycleway that passes our property (corner of McBeath Avenue and the Pablo Place walkway) . The issue we are having, is that it has been done 3 times and the photo you see is what we now have. I am a retired contractor and know what is required to care fur a new lawn. I have regularly kept the area moist and also those of the neighbours berms. I feel it is either a used by date seed mix (maybe a dud batch) or there was no seed in the mix. The seed has been down 17 days now. Around the corner from us the seed germinated in 6 days. What we have now is the unsightly sight of the paper mashee. Hopefully it can be righted. I am happy for someone to ring me if they wish to discuss further. I am even happy to over sow myself if that is an option. Now is a good time to be oversowing. Daniel 027 294 2187
