> due to poor design and a lack of consideration by the cycleway program issues continue to exist. the cars are parked before the non stopping lines yet there is no safe passge for cyclists unless crossing over the speed hump and in the live traffic lane. this puts cyclists at significant risk of bein hit and killed. the placement of the bins is result of the speedhump there was never any problems prior to the current layout. this shows a alck of consideration for the intended end user. it shows as this and other issues continue that those in charge fail to understand the faults let alone accept fact that thus is a problem. as a cyclist i am in constant fear travelling this riute due to the active and ongoing issues which are actively being dismissed by council.
