> this issue has been around since the 2011 earthquakes. much has been done to Westlake Reserve yet this unsafe and dangerous concrete pad has never been dealt with. it would be good to see council staff take the initiative and repair this pad. given that in the last two months you have put in a new pad and seat this issue could have been dealt with at the same time. looking forward to seeing this repair completed ??
