> There were road cones and a sign stating that a section of the road on Waller Terrace outside number 41/45 was “reserved parking”, and later on in the day these vehicles were parked there. Can you please tell me whether this is something that has been organised by the council or is this some vigilante car park reserving? This area is one of the few areas for staff working at the hospital to park, and having already lost about half of Stewart Street this week to road works, we really need these parks.
