> Storm water pipe that crosses the Dyers Pass - Hackthorne Rd intersection is leaking at a number of the pipe joints. Measurements of water flow, show that of the water entering the pipe(sump-silt trap on the east side (Victoria Park Rd side) of the intersection (1 litre per min ) Measurements at the sump outside the gate of 172 Dyers pass rd are only 20 percent of this ( 1 litre per 5 min) This has been an on going problem for 30 months for the property owners of both 168 & 172 Dyers Rd.
