> due to poor visibility that exist with the current layout as a ressult of the speed humps and build outs. it creates problems on bin day as bin are hidden up until the last minute. as a cyclist you make a decision prior to the speed hump on whether it is safe or not. i went back to get these pictures as others would encounter the same situation. this is not the fault of residents /users, it is clearly a layout fault that needs to be urgently addressed for the safety of all.
