> For CTOC HEB have created a pedestrian hazard by leaving 3 sign bases (with signs carefully placed under the bases) on footpath outside EPIC - cones on kerb side to warn motorists wanting to drive on the footpath to avoid them, but no cones on pedestrian side!!!). Note that HEB have removed Detour/Arrow signs from the traffic lanes - why not leave them and let motorists just drive around them as done for peds???). HEB have also placed about 12 No Parking signs on footpath with base supports sticking out ready to trip pedestrians - cones on both sides of signs but parallel to footpath, so useless...
