> Since the sewer and stormwater was fixed on the street the drain has been blocked outside my house. It was not blocked before the storm water was "fixed". This is my third time contacting the council. The water stinks. The gutter needs swept in the interim. It is not coming from my property as I recently had a new sewer line and storm water laid and the problem has not gone away. The problem in a health hazard.
