> The public toilets in the Scarborough park are all locked. There are numerous parents and children as well as elderly wanting to use a toilet in Scarbourgh Clocktower Park. I realise they are being painted etc and to that end they cordoned off half of the toilets while work was carried out, but left three for use. Now that work has been completed on the first toilets, they have cordoned off the others for presumably repair. Unfortunately the repaired ones are locked. Any chance of relieving a lot of peoples anxiety!!! Please!
