> if you want clean spacers you have to have rubbish bins and there is this huge strip of public space in front of the terraces and all the bars and food outlets there which does not have rubbish bins. this makes the whole environment scruffy dirty and unhygienic across the river from The terraces there is broken glass amongst the chestnut trees and on Sunday there were children playing around in there collecting chestnuts and at risk of being cut. this area and other tiled public spaces along the river need to be cleaned and washed everyday.
