> if you look carefully at this photo you'll see the traffic backlog this central island causes. it is the main reason traffic is backed up right the way through Addington in the morning. this median needs removing and just put the yellow marker stakes you use sometimes to create separation. having traffic idling endlessly is an environmental hazard
