> This flooding is the result of hose testing at the Woolston Fire Training facility at the eastern end of Olds Place. This water cannot flow freely to the drain at the corner of Olds place and Charlesworth St. I was advised by you that the street was to be swept by your contractors on 17/6 to enable your drainage team to inspect the damaged guttering along the north side of Olds Place. This inspection has been done but the sweeper never showed.
