> I've reported a missed collection for my bin. draft no. H00731680. The truck did come, pick it and put it down. Just up and down so half the rubbish stayed in it. I assumed that it must have jammed but it was loose. Your collectors need to try harder. I wouldn't complain if this wasn't the second time in a row.
