> The cycle lane here is often blocked by cars. There is a gap in the no parking yellow lines, so technically they can park here. This is unsafe for cyclists, please paint the missing lines. Also there is sometimes a car illegally parked on yellow lines, also blocking the cycle lane, just before where the lines are missing, I think they need to be fined to stop this. This cars license plate starts with ebj.
