> This past Sunday, I cleared a heap of vegetation from within the open storm water drain at the bottom of the section. Could Citycare come and collect it to dispose of it please? I assume that they are supposed to be keeping the drain itself clear of vegetation, but it hasn’t been cleared in a few years so I got in and did it myself. Thanks in advance. Gavin
