> Flooding blocking all access through this crucial access way for pedestrians and bikers. Needs drainage improvements to endure that runoff can drain. This needs it be done in conjunction with resealing or realigning this access way. The path is severely cracked, making for a very uncomfortable walking, biking or wheeling experience. (One of the residents of Siska Place is a wheelchair user.)
