> In November 2015 I logged a request for our grass berm to be repaired and as of yet have not had a response. Our footpath was replaced and when the old path was removed it ripped large chunks out of our berm (shown clearly in the photos attached). It has not been repaired and it makes it very difficult to mow the lawns. For some reason our berm is considerably raised unlike everyone else on our street. We would like this levelled off and grass re-sown. Could you please give us an update on this issue. Thank-you. Kind Regards Sarah and Andy Taylor
