> THE COASTAL WALKWAY AND BEACHVILLE ROAD LEADING INTO WHAT WAS CALLED FISHERMANS FLAT (Main Road Redcliffs) I would like to question the CCC on allowing the properties at the Beachville Road end to encroach over the Queens Chain and the CCC allow this land to become part of their properties. Was compensation paid by the owners or was this in the too hard basket for the CCC. It is everyone’s right to access along this grassed area but the owners of new builds say it is private land and have even placed outdoor furniture to obstruct access. This issue needs to be sort and the CCC HAVE NO RIGHT to give away public access.
