> due to poor design of the road layout and placement of the speed hump it has resulted in bins being placed at various spots near the kerb. this poses a significant danger to cyclist as this is susposed to be cycle safe. this shows that designs and the cycleway program got it wrong and council staff have shown continued ignorance and neglect in acting to remediate this layout and making it safer.
