> this footpath continues to be blocked off by temporary fencing (as it has been since 2011). the owners clearly have no intention of freaking with it as they've now built a garden within the fenced area. it's unsafe as it forces children and people with disabilities to cross the street in an area without zebra crossings. this is my third complaint over the past 2 years about this property.
