> Ever since the alterations on Riccarton Rd were undertaken we have noticed an increase in traffic using the service lane that runs parallel to Riccarton Rd from Kauri to Rimu. The traffic accelerates as it approaches Rimu creating a new hazard for the Carpark users at 1 Rimu St. Can we or CCC install a judder bar similar to the attached photo across the service lane at the boundary between 1 Rimu and the building to the west at the location of the power substation to help manage this new hazard.
