> On Hereford St there had been put a new seal a few days ago, but it had been left with incredible amount of gravel on it. Apart from it is ugly it is noisy and dusty. Pretty much if you were driving on a rural gravel road. Any plans to make the seal nice and smooth, like how it should be on the centre of town in the residential area? ETA for completion? Why the work has stop?
